My day

Mommy, Daddy, and I did lots of stuff today. First, Mommy went running. I woke up when she came home, and she let me eat an English muffin and applesauce for breakfast- yummy! Here I am after breakfast. I'm allowed to play and play and play. This toy is from my Aunt Beth. It teaches me to save my pennies, but I just take them out of the piggy's belly again. See, these are my pennies! Look at me count!

I like this toy!

I thought for a second that my Steelers onesie was dirty. See, my Aunt Beth said I should wear it every day for luck.

Thankfully, Mommy washed it this morning. It's in the wash again so I can wear it tomorrow, too!

I just love the piggy...

Today I got to try pizza for the first time. I have a new favorite food!

Mommy let me take bites all by myself!

Later, we went to Lowe's, and I drove the cart. I'm a good driver.

Here I am eating my ravioli.

This was a big day for new foods. This stuff is called cheesecake, and I LOVED it!

More cheesecake, please!

Finally, my friend Hannah came over with her Mommy and Daddy.

It was a great day!

Look at me go!

I've been doing a LOT of walking lately, which may be why I haven't posted much. I'm way too busy getting into things I shouldn't be getting into. Poor Mommy and Daddy have to chase me all over the place!!
Here I am walking to Daddy. Today I walked all the way across this room!

Mommy worries that I'm going to fall and hurt myself. True, I did bump my head one day last week, and split my lip the next day, but I'm getting better and better at the walking stuff! Relax, Mommy!

My toys

I got a lot of toys from people and Santa. Here I am playing with my boat in the tubby. I have a lot of tubby toys!

I've also learned to push things around my living room.

I can push my cube toy...

And it all started with this!

I walk around all night long!

But last night I started pushing the chairs!
I know how cute I am, too.

Heading out of the kitchen!

It's a lot of work, but I manage to do it!

Passing Mommy getting our dinner ready. Dinner was yummy, by the way!

My big trip

Oh, this is going to be a long post!!

Mommy and Daddy brought me to PA to see Santa and to have my first birthday. It was a LONG trip, and I missed my cribby a lot, but I had fun. Here are the pictures Mommy and Daddy took!
This is in the big building with lots of big people beds on our first night. Daddy brought my playpen, and I slept in there. Good thing, too, because there weren't any cribbies in our room!
Here I am waiting for Daddy to get my playpen ready.
All sacked out.
I finally made it to Grammy and Pap's house! They were really glad to see me, and I was glad to see them, too! Grammy's friend Betty had left this toy for me. It helps me walk, and I play with it every day! Pap is telling me how to use it.
Good thing Pap explained it to me!
The next day, we had a Christmas party. I enjoyed myself, and ate till they thought I would explode. They don't know about how I hide food in my cheeks like a chipmunk, I guess. This is me with my Aunt Helen, who I went to right away. She's a nice lady!

I liked it when she rocked me.
Grammy had this rocking horsie. I'm too little for it, but I liked pushing it and pulling its hair.

I also learned how to go up stairs!

Here I go!

Mommy waited to help me, but I'm a big boy- I didn't need her!

Daddy was waiting at the top, too.

Here I am with my Pap. I really liked playing with him.
Here I am playing with the horsie again!

Pap's shoe was fun when it went back and forth. He let me play with it!

Caught it!

Caught it again!
On the day before Santa came, I got presents! The paper was GREAT! The stuff inside was pretty cool, too...

Why did they keep taking my paper away?????
This is my bathtub toy. It's a boat that I can swing all around by a rope!
Daddy is helping get my toy out of the box.
This is Aunt Beth again. She sees a guy with a LITTLE drool once in a while, and she never forgets! She and Uncle Andrew got me a piggy bank. I push its nose, it sings, and I dance!
See, Aunt Beth, I'm not ALL bad!

I could get THESE cabinets open! Their kitchen was great!

Here I am in my other Christmas outfit, just like a big boy!
A few days later, we went (and notice my NEW carseat!) to see Mommy and Daddy's friends Pat and Gabie, so I could meet a new little girl. The ride put me right to sleep. Can you tell I'm holding my piggy toes?
This is Elle. I liked her right away. She wasn't so sure.
Here we are- Mommy and me, Gabie and Elle!

Most girls like me- I don't get it!

She's little, though...

Guess I'll just go play with her toys, which I did for the rest of the afternoon.

MY BIRTHDAY CAKES
I was lucky enough to have 2 birthday cakes!!! These pictures were taken with Daddy's family. Grammy took the pictures at her house, and I'll post them once she sends them to Mommy.

This stuff is pretty good!

It feels funny on my hands, though...
It feels good on my face!

My cake.

And more presents!
Unwrapping is SO fun!

Cool, a plane! I went in one of these!

I still like the paper best.

Daddy was helping me.

BACK AT GRAMMY AND PAP'S HOUSE
They put these things on my feet!!
What are they???

I've never seen these before! What the heck???

Help!!! I can't walk in these crazy things!

Here I am after my next birthday party, with Mommy, Daddy, Grammy, Pap, and Aunt Helen. I had such an odd hat on!

Here are Grammy and Pap helping me with MORE presents!

Pap is, again, instructing me in the use of my toys. I think Pap just wanted an excuse to play.

I really loved that horsie!

One night, I just wanted Pap. Not Mommy, not Daddy. Not Grammy. Just my Pap, and no one was taking me away from him!

The next morning, we got ready to come back home. I had a cough and hadn't slept well, so Grammy rockabied me.
I have the comfiest Grammy!

Thanks, Santa, for all my toys! See you soon, everyone!
